PACO Group provided on-call Cost Estimating services for several infrastructure improvement projects as part of the LaGuardia Modernization Program. The linchpin of the project was the modernization of the concourses of the Central Terminal Building (CTB). Other needs addressed including resilient overlay network deficiencies, public and employee parking deficiencies andreplacement facilities for those impacted by the CTP Modernization, improving the efficiency of operations and enhance the level of service for the Authority’s customers and tenants.
