PACO Group provided full service provisions for the development and updating of the construction progress schedule using the Critical Path Method (CPM) for both project monitoring and cost control in the construction of a new Intermediate School/Primary School 235 for School District 9 in the Bronx. The new school provides 980 seats and 111,000 square feet of instructional space for students in pre-kindergarten through the eighth grade.
